The terms of the sale are cash, check, or wire transfer for the full purchase price in U.S. funds on sale day. Parties unkown to the seller or sale management must furnish a statement or letter from his/her bank or a certified check. The seller, sponsor, or sale manager reserves the right to require payment by wire transfer, certified check, or in cash. If other arrangements for payment are made with the seller, a written agreement acknowledging such terms and signed by both parties must be filed with the sale clerk prior to release. All payments must be made to the sale clerk. No release will be given prior to a satisfactory settlement, whereupon a signed order from the clerk must be presented to the loading supervisor. Seller retains title until payment has been honored unless other arrangements are made. Buyers are entitled to warranties as listed below only after full compliance with these terms. TERMS OF SALE: These bulls sell with standard terms for AI. They are guaranteed to pass health tests, health examinations, and semen production standards of your stud. They are all from negative uterine recipient dams. First payment will be $3000 and due when the bull passes health requirements and is picked up. Next payment of 25% when he produces ERS quality semen. Next payment will be balance due when he produces 1000 units of AI quality semen. If a bull does not meet these requirements Pen-Col has the right to have the bull sent back to Pen-Col Farms. Bulls will be kept at Pen-Col for up to 6 months. Pen Col will be entitled to 40 units of ERS semen to be used on Pen-Col owned cattle or heifers that we pur chase ET flushes from.
