This auction will utilize an auto-extend, soft closing. With this feature, the bidding will close on ALL lots at the same time. Bidding will start to close at 7:00 pm EST if a lot receive a bid in the last minute of bidding, they will extend bidding on ALL lots for an additional 2 minutes. Once 2 minutes have lapsed without any bidding activity, then ALL lots will close.

Oprah's bloodlines are known for fastest growing calves and rate of gain at Schon Boden's Farm. Oprah recently raised back to back heifers at New River Highland Cattle Farm with great rate of gain. Oprah was halter broke as a heifer and has recently been on a halter but she prefers the freedom of being left alone on pasture to be a great mother. Oprah was AI on 04/24/2024 to STR Kanaan (ET,PV,D) (reg#64154) heifer plus semen and will be pasture exposed to STR Kanaan until pickup. STR Kanaan was negative (N/N) for the myostatin Del11 double muscling mutation per UCDavis. Oprah will be pregnancy checked by a vet prior to the auction date.
