Buyer is purchasing rights to control the next IVF sessions until a minimum of 8 #1 or #2 IVF embryos are produced. Embryo grades are determined at the time of transfer if fresh embryos, or at time of freezing if freezing is requested by buyer. Buyer keeps all resulting embryos from these controlled IVF sessions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of the aspirations and mating sire decisions. Session must be performed by a certified IVF facility or practitioner that is agreeable to both seller and buyer. If after 3 IVF sessions the guarantee has not been fulfilled, the seller will remit to the buyer a refund on prorated price based on original sale price of 8 #1 or #2 embryos to be transferred or frozen if requested by the buyer. Example: Sale price of $2500 on an IVF session would equal $312.50 refund per embryo not produced. IVF flush histories available upon request.
