Bidding will start to close from 5 pm to 5:02 if any lots receive a bid in the last minute of bidding they will extend bidding on that specific lot for an additional 2 minutes. Once 2 minutes have lapsed without any bidding activity, then that lot will close;

Swalanders Black Jack is a beautiful black bull showing tons of potential as a herd bull prospect. Black Jack is structurally correct, moves freely and easily, is halter broke and learning to lead easily. Black Jack's Dam is Swalanders Shady Lady reg. 56613, a large framed black cow with an extremely good top line, exceptional length, very good feet and utter. Black Jack's Sire is Scarlet Sunrise Jethro, 60949, a well-muscled powerful bull with great feet. Jethro is not only pleasing to the eye but has produced a great crop of 2023 calves for us at Swalander Highland Cattle CO. Black Jack will make someone an excellent herd bull and would compete well in the 2024 & 2025 show season if one desires.
