Registration No.: 62459 Date Of Birth: 10/13/21 Sex: Female Consignor: LEA-White Farms Sire: Skye High Honor (D) Dam: LEA Nike (D) ? ?ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Rhea is a sweet tempered dark dun heifer who is just turning one year old. Deep bodied and structurally sound, she has excellent feet and legs. She really enjoys being combed, (due to the bumper crop of burdocks this year) and is easily handled and haltered. She has been shown once, and was Reserve Senior Heifer Calf at the Yooper Classic at the UP State Fair in mid August. She has been on pasture and hay , with a small input of grain just over the last 4 weeks. Rhea’s sire is Skye High Honor, a young dun bull (out of an incredible cow Ullah of Balmule, an EZ Acres Kyle daughter) and is now a herd sire in Oregon. Her dam is LEA Nike, a young cow that is proving to be a valued member of our herd: Rhea is her 2nd calf. Nike has excellent feet and udder and is moderate in size with a quiet nature, and excellent mothering instincts. We expect that Rhea will take after her mother with a very moderate mature weight. With heavy influence from Skye High X-Axis in her pedigree, we also expect her to perform exceptionally well in the herd. Rhea did sustain an eye injury from her halter during her trip to the fair and has a small scar on her right cornea. This is expected to get smaller with time and does not affect her vision. LEA-White Farms will further guarantee (with a replacement heifer upon her return to our farm) that this particular scar will never cause a functional problem. Rhea is calfhood vaccinated for Brucellosis and does qualify to go to western states.
