Once you purchase an animal you have the following options:
1. Custom Harvest
You pay the full bid price
Select your processor from the pre-defined list
Livestock Committee delivers animal to the processor
Contact the processor on Monday with cutting and packaging instructions
You are responsible for picking up your meat and paying all processing costs.
Enjoy your home raised meat
2. Buyback
Sale Committee will buy back the animal at market (floor) price
You pay only the difference between the market price and the full bid price (your bid)
No other arrangements are necessary

4-H Market Swine- Exhibitor is Rafael he is 12 years old. Luigi is his pig's name. He will out walk Rafael in the show ring and will not stop! Luigi and Rafael have been to numerous jackpots and Luigi earned Rafael champion intermediate showman at several jackpots. His goal for next year is to pick a better pig than Luigi but that will be hard to do, Luigi is such a willing and likeable pig. Thank you for supporting all the kids in 4-H and FFA.
