1. Custom Harvest
You pay the full bid price
Select your processor from the pre-defined list
Livestock Committee delivers animal to the processor
Contact the processor on Monday with cutting and packaging instructions
You are responsible for picking up your meat and paying all processing costs.
Enjoy your home raised meat
2. Buyback
Sale Committee will buy back the animal at market (floor) price
You pay only the difference between the market price and the full bid price (your bid)
No other arrangements are necessary

4-H Market Swine - Exhibitor is Joey and this is my second year in FFA. This is my 5th year showing pigs, I
showed for three years in 4H. I named my pig Bonnie,
as in Bonnie and Clyde. My favorite thing
about my pig is watching her play in the mud but she
knows when I start walking her, play times
over. She is a well trained pig. I work with her every
morning. The pig is my only project for this
year, it’s the only project I have ever done. My goal
for next year is to try a new project as well
as showing pigs..
