1. Custom Harvest
You pay the full bid price
Select your processor from the pre-defined list
Livestock Committee delivers animal to the processor
Contact the processor on Monday with cutting and packaging instructions
You are responsible for picking up your meat and paying all processing costs.
Enjoy your home raised meat
2. Buyback
Sale Committee will buy back the animal at market (floor) price
You pay only the difference between the market price and the full bid price (your bid)
No other arrangements are necessary

4-H Market lamb- Exhibitor is Kenna Ingram. I have been in 4-H for 6 years. My lambs this year are named after story book characters. Peter Pan is my county lamb and my favorite thing about him is how calm he is when I get him ready for a show. This year I am doing sheep and horse projects in 4-H. My goal for next year is to keep improving in showmanship. The picture is of me and Peter at a show this spring.
