1. Custom Harvest
You pay the full bid price
Select your processor from the pre-defined list
Livestock Committee delivers animal to the processor
Contact the processor on Monday with cutting and packaging instructions
You are responsible for picking up your meat and paying all processing costs.
Enjoy your home raised meat
2. Buyback
Sale Committee will buy back the animal at market (floor) price
You pay only the difference between the market price and the full bid price (your bid)
No other arrangements are necessary

4-H Market lamb- Exhibitor is Jaliane and she is 9 years old. This is her second year in 4-H. She is showing her lambs Thunder and Rain. Rain had a lot of spots on him when he was a baby so it reminded her of rain. She has enjoyed raising her own lambs and showing them at jackpots, county fair and state fair. Her goals for next year is to win the showmanship at state fair. She thanks you for supporting the Custer County Fair!
