#2G – IVF SESSION PORT-HAVEN ELANS 3018

TERMS: Buyer is purchasing the right to control the next IVF session. Buyer is guaranteed IVF sessions until a minimum of 8 #1 or #2 IVF embryos are produced. Embryo grades are determined at the time of transfer if fresh embryos or at the time of freezing if freezing is requested by Buyer. Buyer keeps all resulting embryos from these controlled IVF sessions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of the aspiration and mating sire decisions. IVF Sessions: Sessions offered in this sale must be performed by a certified IVF facility or practitioner that is agreeable to both Seller and Buyer. If after four IVF sessions the guarantee has not been fulfilled, the seller will remit to the Buyer a refund on a pro-rated price based on original sale price after eight #1 or #2 embryos to be transferred or frozen if requested by the Buyer. Example: Sale price $40,000 on IVF session would equal $5000 (sale price divided by 8) refund per embryo not produced in event all embryos are not produced. IVF flush histories available upon request
