#22 – IVF SESSION FROM TRINIDAD

Terms: Buyer is purchasing rights to control the next IVF sessions until a minimum of 8 #1 or #2 IVF embryos are produced. Embryo grades are determined at the time of transfer if fresh embryos, or at time of freezing if freezing is requested by buyer. Buyer keeps all resulting embryos from these controlled IVF sessions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of the aspirations and mating sire decisions. Session must be performed by TransOva Genetics. Sessions to begin immediately. If after 3 IVF sessions the guarantee has not been fulfilled, the seller will remit to the buyer a refund on pro-rated price based on original sale price of 8 #1 or #2 embryos to be transferred or frozen if requested by the buyer. Example: Sale price of $5,000 on an IVF session would equal $650.00 refund per embryo not produced. IVF flush histories available upon request.
